From open-pit barbecue to full-service event catering, everything we serve is made onsite—ensuring quality, consistency, and care in every detail.

As part of our passion for great barbecue, we also proudly compete in the Cattle Barons BBQ competition, where we represent team Meatsweats—sharing our craft alongside some of the best pitmasters in the Northwest.
