All entrees are BBQ’ed Fresh at your site and include:
- All equipment supplies and personnel for cooking, serving and clean up.
- Buffet tables for food and beverage.
- All service ware: plates, knives, forks, spoons, napkins, towelettes and toothpicks.
China dinner and desert plates, Stainless eating utensils, glassware, table linens & linen napkins are available at an added cost.
GUARANTEED GROUP MINIMUM: 200+ Guests (July-September)
Every menu is planned to fit your need and theme.
We offer a large variety of menu items: such as meatballs, chicken wingettes/drumettes, great desserts, and MUCH MUCH more!
Discounts available for groups of 1000 and up.
Reservation deposits are 1/3 down; alterations to menu, guest seating, or scheduling should be known ten (10) working days prior to your celebration.
Final payment is to be received on/before your event date.
Groups under 200 may have a higher price per person.
All entrees are served with your choice of:
- Baked Beans or Potato’s(baked, roasted, Scalped or mashed)
- Hot Garlic French Bread (sliced & buttered) or Selection of Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls.
- Two salad selections; Potato, Coleslaw, Italian Pasta w/ Artichoke, Green, Caesar, Macaroni, Fresh Fruit Salad.
For a formal event we offer:
- Sauteed Asparagus
- Green Beans w/ bacon & onion
- Glazed Carrots available w/ Sauteed Snow Peas
